Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return, for hygiene and safety reasons common to pet products.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns not related to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
